Friends, in this article i give you healthy tips for eating rules. So let's start...

1).don't take shower after eating

If u take shower just after eating your belly (stomach) blood flows are reduced so your food not digest properly.

2)don't drink water soon after eating

If you drink water soon after eating according to Ayurveda your digestive fire(ayurveda has unique concept regarding to digestive fire which is digest the food) reduced so your food does not get properly digestion.

3)walk 100 steps after eating

According to acharya sushruta walk 100 steps just after eating so your food properly digest.
4)don't take fruits after eating

If you take fruits so your acid (in stomach) disturb so your food does not get proper digestion.
5)don't take food just before going to sleep
Because not all food digest if you take food just before going to sleep so you may be able to get indigestion condition.
