1).don't take shower after eating
If u take shower just after eating your belly (stomach) blood flows are reduced so your food not digest properly.2)don't drink water soon after eating
If you drink water soon after eating according to Ayurveda your digestive fire(ayurveda has unique concept regarding to digestive fire which is digest the food) reduced so your food does not get properly digestion.3)walk 100 steps after eating
